GST Invoice Generator for Vehicles
Generate a reference vehicle GST invoice with inclusive-price back-calculation, cess and TCS.
How to use the gst invoice generator for vehicles
A vehicle GST invoice records the seller, buyer, vehicle and tax calculation for a sale. This generator starts with an inclusive ex-showroom price and separates the taxable value from the entered tax rates. It also shows inclusive discounts as their corresponding exclusive values. The output is a reference document: entering a GSTIN or producing a PDF does not verify registration, supply classification, applicable rates or compliance.
Field-by-field help
Enter the seller and buyer identification, including state and GSTIN where applicable, then invoice, order and vehicle particulars. Ex-showroom price and all five discount amounts are GST-inclusive. Choose either CGST with SGST or IGST; entering both methods is rejected. Cess is included in the inclusive-price divisor in either case. Each discount is converted and rounded separately before subtraction from the exclusive price. Tax amounts are calculated on the resulting taxable value. Automatic TCS follows the configured threshold and rate; the manual checkbox lets you supply a reviewed amount instead. Scheme type and amount are displayed separately and do not change these totals.
Review, generate and share
Gather the original sale, customer and vehicle records before starting. Fill the essential fields first, then open the Advanced sections for additional particulars. Keep names consistent across the documents, check digits against the originals, and avoid entering sample identifiers in a document intended for use. The form validates input formats but cannot establish whether a number belongs to the buyer or vehicle.
Enter your email address, generate the preview and review the complete result before using it. Your generated PDF is also emailed to you. Dates use day-month-year and monetary values use Indian number grouping. Blank optional text is marked N/A so missing particulars remain visible. If a value needs correction, return to the form and generate another document. DealerSetu retains submitted details for record keeping and follow-up; keep your own downloaded copies for future use.
Frequently asked questions
Is this gst invoice generator for vehicles free?
Yes. You can complete the form, generate a reference document and download its PDF without payment or a DealerSetu login. Booking a demo is optional and never required to access the document.
Are my customer and vehicle details saved?
Yes. DealerSetu saves submitted details and generated results for record keeping and follow-up. Your generated PDF is sent to the email address you provide. Your document is not published as a publicly searchable page.
How do I get my generated PDF?
Enter your email address and complete the required document fields. Generate a preview or download the PDF directly. We also email your PDF with an introduction to DealerSetu advanced features. You can review and print your document without creating an account.
Which dealership and manufacturer should I enter?
Use the actual issuing dealership name, address and GSTIN where relevant. Enter the real maker or OEM rather than a sample company. A logo is optional and must be a PNG or JPEG within the displayed size limit.
Can I print the document or download a PDF?
Both options are available. Generate a preview to inspect the layout, then use Print for browser printing or Download PDF for the generated file. Review any chassis warning and confirm the identifying numbers before sharing it.
What happens if a value or date is blank?
Blank dates remain empty in the document; no date is added automatically. Optional text appears as N/A in the document and optional monetary amounts are treated as zero. Required fields and invalid tax or identity formats produce messages beside the relevant inputs.
Does the generated document confirm tax or RTO compliance?
No. It is a reference prepared from your entries. Verify the applicable taxes, certificate format and signing requirements with your CA or RTO, and compare the document with original records before using it.
