How we use your submitted details

When you submit a public form, DealerSetu records the details you provide so we can deliver your requested service, maintain records and respond to enquiries.

Document tools record the entered dealer, customer and vehicle details, uploaded logo when provided, generated results and delivery email address. The PDF you request is sent through our email provider. Demo bookings record your contact details, dealership, city and requested date and time.

Enquiry details may be copied to our internal Google Sheets sales tracker. Tool forms let you choose whether you want sales follow-up. A requested PDF email remains available without that optional consent. Your generated document is not published as a publicly searchable page.

Automatic deletion of database submission records is currently disabled. To request deletion of your submitted details, contact us using the address below.

To ask about your submitted details, withdraw follow-up consent or request deletion, email hello@dealersetu.com from the address used for your submission. Include the approximate submission date and tool or form you used.
